French Toast Recipe

A breakfast favorite right in the backcountry. Wake yourself up with the ooey-gooey goodness of warm french toast covered in syrup, and fuel yourself for the day’s adventures. 

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 drops of vanilla
  • 2 TBSP of butter
  • 3 slices of bread
  • Maple syrup
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Unpack and assemble MiniMo burner with Pot Support, and your Summit Skillet.
  2. Crack and whisk 3 eggs, then add 3 drops of vanilla.
  3. Light MiniMo burner and add 2 tbsp of butter.
  4. When hot, dip bread in mixture and place on skillet.
  5. Cook until golden brown on each side, and serve with maple syrup, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
