What would happen if a hot toddy made love to a margarita? It’s a warm beverage that will transform any frigid campsite into a palapa paradise.

Serves 4 thirsty campers

Ingredients

• 2 shots agave
• 8 shots water
• 6 shots mezcal 
• 4 limes - juiced

Make it

To your Sumo Jetboil, add 8 shots of water, 2 shots of agave, and the juice of 4 limes. Stir gently to incorporate the agave. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 6 shots of mezcal, or more, depending on how rowdy your crowd likes to get. Serve with a slice of lime for garnish, and a sprinkle of tajin or chili if you’re feeling spicy.
