Are there any hazards associated with storing the jet boil gas canisters? For example, can they be left in a hot vehicle for the day?

Asked by: Egles
Hello :) Thank you for asking! Our Jetboil fuel canisters have a rating of 50° C / 120° F. It is always safest to store the canisters outside. They should not, for any reason, be stored in a vehicle. Please let us know if there is anything further that we may assist you with.

If I use a non-Jetboil pan with the Mighty Mo, will I need an adaptor or can I just place it right on the stove.

Asked by: ProfRottRidge
While the flux-ring increases the efficiency of the pan or pot being used, I've had excellent results with a non-jet boil utensils. From a safety standpoint It's definitely helpful to use the fuel stabilizer and port support.

I just bought a Mighty Mo and the push button igniter won't light the stove. I have the stove properly mounted to a fuel canister, gas is coming out of the burner and the igniter is sparking on the burner surface. I have to use a match to light it.

Hello :) Thank you for your inquiry! I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with your MightyMo. If you are able, try bending the ignition wire so that the tip is 1/8 to ¼ inch (3-6mm) from the interior of the burner. If this does not resolve your issue or if you would like further assistance, please give us a call at 1-800-572-8822 8am-5pm EST Mon-Fri and we will be happy to look into this further.

I've just bought a Jetboil Mighty Mo stove and I can't seem to get it to light, though i can smell and hear flow. When i turn the gas all the way up there doesn't seem to be a corresponding increase in gas flow. is there a choke or hardware adjustment?

I just received my Jetboil Flash and it looks great, but haven't tried it out yet. It apprears from the packaging indicated that a Crunchit (Butane canister recycling tool) comes with the product, but I didn't see one. Please let me know. Thanks.

Asked by: Dean Hretold
Hi Dean, Thank you for your inquiry. The Crunchit is compatible but is not included with the Flash Cooking System.

Is there an adapter to allow you to use smaller pots (like a regular 1L jetboil pot) on the MightyMo? When I'm solo / not needing a large pot, I prefer the taller & thinner pots instead of the wide pots, but anything smaller than 6" diameter doesn't fit.

Asked by: theStruggle
Hello, Thank you for your inquiry! The MightyMo , unlike the others in the Mo series, was designed to be used without the pot support and is only compatible with the 1.5 FluxRing Pot and Fry Pan.

How many meals , how much cooking  time will the 100g provide?  Can you provide an equivalent to the 100g ... I am not readily visualizing how much cooking time one canister is providing me;( I am wondering how much fuel to have on hand.  Kind regards,

Asked by: Sal1
Hi Sal, Thank you for your question. A 100g Jetpower can has been tested to provide 12 Liters of boiled water. I hope this helps you out.
