Sesame Chicken

Craving some takeout on the tails? Bring those takeout vibes right into the backcountry with this easy Sesame Chicken recipe. A sweet and savory mix of chicken, cauliflower, and a delicious sesame marinade make this an easy dinner that’s sure to satisfy no matter where you’re headed.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of riced cauliflower
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 can of pre-cooked chicken
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¼ cup of Sesame Marinade
  • 2 TBSP sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Unpack and assemble MiniMo burner with Pot Support.
  2. Add 1 packet of riced cauliflower, and light the burner.
  3. Cover with lid and steam for 3 minutes.
  4. Next, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 can of chicken and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add ¼ cup of sesame marinade, and stir together.
  6. Cook for a few minutes, then serve and top with sesame seeds.
