MicroMo Cooking System - Scales is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service by Agent Wasn't sure which system to get. I have a friend who has a Flash for over 15 years and had no problems. Terri, from Jetboil, helped me through all my questions and concerns and saved me from buying the wrong item. Terri was able to order over the phone and ship the mircomo to my home in CA. Thank You!

Can these be used for heating up left over food, as well as cooking in it (ex.rice)?

Asked by: Hannah
Hannah, Thank you for your note. The MicroMo is best used when there is liquid in the cup to heat the items. You should not start with dry or solid foods for cooking.

I bought one of these that looks exactly like the MicroMo but has a titanium cup. Im looking to buy some as presents but cant find it listed on your site. Which one is it?

Asked by: Wolf Of the Wood
Wolf Of the Wood, Thank you for your note. I'm not sure which unit you may have as we no longer carry the Titanium units. It could have been the Sumo-TI which is a few years old. Does the handle have any name listed it on it to verify the unit? You may contact Customer Service for additional information at camping@johnsonoutdoors.com.

I can't find this for sale at any store in Oahu, HI and was wondering if you guys sold extra fuel canisters as well for delivery? I don't see them anywhere on your website but we will be camping for 3 weeks and we can't carry anything else around really.

Asked by: cwynne
Thank you for your note. I believe you are looking for the MicroMo system. If you're unable to find this in HI, you can purchase it through our website to be shipped to your requested address. The fuel however cannot be shipped to HI due to hazmat restrictions. Most dealers carry the Jetboil fuel, but if you are unable to find some locally in Oahu, HI, you can use others as well. Jetboil is compatible with valves made to the EN417 specification, a standard adopted by manufacturers throughout the world. Please note that the product has not been tested with every different type of fuel canister, and we cannot claim safe operations with any canister other than our Jetpower brand of fuel.
