Angel Hair Pasta with Chicken and Artichokes

Directions

  1. Add 30 ml (1 fl oz) olive oil to your Jetboil MiniMo. Adjust simmer control spindle to high heat.
  2. Add:
    50 g (1.7 oz) chopped onion
    2 cloves minced garlic
  3. Sauté until golden
  4. Add:
    200 g (7 oz) cubed chicken breast
    1/2 can artichoke hearts
    1 can tomato sauce
    170 g (6 oz) angel hair pasta
  5. Stir and bring to a boil.
  6. Adjust control spindle down to simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Turn off heat. Use Minimo lid to cover and let sit for 3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with 10 g (.4 oz) chopped fresh basil and 50 g (1.8 oz) grated parmesan cheese. Bon appétit!
