Sesame Chicken
Craving some takeout on the tails? Bring those takeout vibes right into the backcountry with this easy Sesame Chicken recipe. A sweet and savory mix of chicken, cauliflower, and a delicious sesame marinade make this an easy dinner that’s sure to satisfy no matter where you’re headed.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of riced cauliflower
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 can of pre-cooked chicken
- Salt
- Pepper
- ¼ cup of Sesame Marinade
- 2 TBSP sesame seeds
Directions
- Unpack and assemble MiniMo burner with Pot Support.
- Add 1 packet of riced cauliflower, and light the burner.
- Cover with lid and steam for 3 minutes.
- Next, add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 1 can of chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Add ¼ cup of sesame marinade, and stir together.
- Cook for a few minutes, then serve and top with sesame seeds.
