Keto Chili Recipe

There’s nothing better than chili on a cold day, or any day in between. This keto chili is perfectly made on our Genesis stove, and is sure to fill every hungry stomach with tomatoes, beef, chiles, and topped off with some cheese. Get ready to dig in!

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • ½ pound of ground beef
  • 2 TBSP chili seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8oz beef broth
  • 3 TBSP Tomato Paste 
  • 1 TBSP chiles 
  • 2 tsp chives
  • Shredded cheese (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Light Genesis stove and add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
  2. Add 1 diced onion, and cook until translucent.
  3. Next, brown ½ pound of ground beef and then add 2 tbsp of chili seasoning. 
  4. Light the burner and move chili to the pot.
  5. Add 1 can of diced tomatoes, 8oz of beef broth and remainder of chili seasoning.
  6. Add 3 tbsp of tomato paste, 1 tbsp of chilies and bring to a simmer.
  7. Cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes or more.
  8. Serve and top with chives and cheese.
